Gazing Out to Sea

Inspiring new ways of thinking

Give yourself 50 minutes a week to focus on you - your needs,

your fears, your desires, your worries

To talk. To feel safe. To be heard. To be you.

I believe you, the client, are the expert of your own life. However sometimes having a professionally trained person listen to you and reflect back on what you are saying in a non-judgmental way, can be helpful when experiencing life’s challenges and difficulties. Seeking help is your first step to positive growth. I work with teenagers right through to people over seventy.

There is no magic wand, but like a seed planted in good soil, the chances of healthy growth are maximised when the right ingredients are present. Talking to a professional counsellor, who is not a friend or family member, may bring clarity and help you work towards making the changes that are most important to you.

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. Your wellbeing and mental strength are my number one priority and in our sessions, I will facilitate with the attention and care you deserve.
